FAQ
The questions HR teams ask us most
Is our company eligible to claim HRD Corp training?
If your company employs 10 or more Malaysian staff, registration with HRD Corp is mandatory and you contribute 1% of monthly payroll as a levy. Companies with 5–9 staff can register voluntarily at 0.5%. Either way, you can claim Aroma Veda’s programmes under SBL-Khas.
What's the minimum and maximum group size?
We deliver effectively from 10 to 80 participants. For workshops with hands-on Oshadhi blending, 10–30 is the sweet spot. Larger groups work best for Wellness Sharing talks.
How long does a typical programme run?
Three standard formats: a 2-hour lunch & learn (great as a taster), a 4-hour half-day, or an 8-hour full-day. All three are HRD Corp-claimable provided minimum 4-hour duration is met for full claim eligibility.
Do you come to our office or do we come to you?
Both. We deliver on-site across the Klang Valley, or you can join us at our Kemuning Greenville (Shah Alam) or Glomac Centro (PJ) centres. External venue rentals (hotels, training centres) are also claimable under HRDF.
How do we submit the HRD Corp grant application?
Through the e-TRiS portal, using our Provider ID (MyCoID 202201015070), before training starts. We provide the official quotation, trainer profiles, and supporting documents. If your HR team is new to e-TRiS, we’ll do the submission with you on a screenshare.
What if we've never run a wellness programme before?
We start with a free 20-minute discovery call to understand your team’s needs, then suggest a half-day pilot. Most companies pilot one programme first, then build a 3–5 session annual calendar once they see what works.
How long does HRD Corp take to process claims?
Typically 14–30 working days after complete documentation is submitted post-training. We provide all the documentation you need.
